Melt had its temporary home on the 4th floor of the Cal Poly Architecture building as a parasitic intervention on the building. Melt highlights the intense southern exposure of the site by cradling 6 large block of ice onto the building edge. The structure rotates to capture the sun fully along the faces of each ice block. Throughout the day viewers could watch as Melt dripped and slowly disappeared.
