Ubiquitous Connections is a high rise office building and studio facility in Hollywood that creates moments of difference and significance in a city of high speed repetition. The tower form is swooping and curving reminiscent of curving freeways and suburban streets of Los Angeles. The structure curves in and out creating an everlasting form throughout the facility. Differentiation is created by intersecting nestling, and bridging these Ubiquitous forms. Public spaces open up between adjacent forms that touch lightly and open up to create large voids for seminars and small caverns for more private meetings. Where forms intersect specialty spaces are formed and designated slivers of spaces are built out as sound studios, viewing spaces and practice studios.
